BUSINESS CONSULTING (BOOKS AND DEGREES CAN’T DO IT ALL)!
What is the state of small business consulting today? And why havent consultants evolved?
Study, statistics, analysis, etc., are incredibly important to a successful business consult. However, by only using these techniques, consultants are shortchanging clients and small businesses in two ways. When we dont use everything at our disposal related to understanding consumers interests based on triggered emotions (the basis for most purchases a customer makes); and, more importantly, when we dont push our creative thinking to its limit, therefore limiting the the kind of well-rounded consulting that can improve all aspects of any business.
I’m Steve Dresel, and I am a highly unique business consultant.I have combined both business study and brilliant creative thinking, to offer clients fast, thorough, and incredibly effective techniques to improve all parts of their business.I decided to post a “true showcase” of my talents, so I spent exactly one weekend to come up with as many original tips as I could for a number of businesses.I gave you a sample of my creative thinking below; related to cruise lines. Check out my business consulting website for my take on a variety of other businesses; and contact me to secure the future of your business…AT NO COST TO YOU.
Cruise Lines do a nice job advertising their services. I have an idea to add to their success. For the larger cruise liners, each “voyage” they take has several thousand people housed in one location. And, though their activities on ship may be different; most vacationers will go to the same shops, the same restaurants, the same shows, bars, clubs, walk through the same main hallways or lobbies, etc., at least a few times on a cruise. This gives ships incredible access, to advertise not just what’s offered on their current cruise, but other cruises their company offers worldwide. How about having a museum like showroom (in a well trafficked area of the ship) that showcases these other cruise options; using everything from photos, local artifacts, info on lodging, food, activities on and off the ship, detailed history of the areas traveled to, previous customers responses and testimonials, etc. etc..If placed in the right location, this is a simple but effective way to persuade those on ship to become future, and hopefully regular, “cruisers” with your cruise line.
